Wii Fit uses the Wii Balance Board, a pad that players stand on while doing different types of work out, including aerobics, yoga, and balancing. Wii Fit is a video game developed by Nintendo for the Wii console.
Gameplay
Wii Fit is a wii game that uses a unique tangential platform called the Wii Balance Board that can measure a user's weight ,their center of gravity and calculate their body mass indicator when told the user's height. The game has about 40 unlike activities, which includes yoga poses, push ups, and other exercises. Moreover, This game allows its players to compare their fitness by using Wii Fit's own channel on the Wii Menu. Wii Fit also tracks a user's "Wii Fitness Age".
Activities
- Yoga & Breathing Exercises: involves stretching the body and forming different poses while keeping inhaling slow and controlled. The body becomes stress-free and energized at the same time.
- Muscle Strength & Toning Exercises: helps build strong bones, muscles, increase metabolism and makes everyday tasks easier. With more muscle, burn more calories, even while resting.
